This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets the rules for using the ARC platform, website, APIs, and mobile applications. It forms part of the Terms of Service; breaching it may lead to suspension or termination of your workspace.
1. Illegal use
You may not use ARC to break any applicable law — including selling goods that are illegal to sell, evading taxes you owe, laundering money, or infringing others' intellectual property. You are responsible for the legality of your business activity conducted through ARC.
2. Security abuse
You may not:
- upload or distribute malware, or attempt to do so through file uploads or messages;
- probe, scan, or attack ARC's servers or other tenants' workspaces, attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or tenant isolation, or access data that is not yours;
- perform load tests or vulnerability scans against production without our prior written agreement (we welcome responsible disclosure — see the Security Policy);
- share account credentials outside your business or resell access to the Service.
3. Messaging and spam
- WhatsApp and email features exist to send business documents and messages your customers expect — invoices, receipts, order updates.
- Bulk unsolicited messaging, harassment, and any messaging without the recipient's consent are prohibited, and may also breach WhatsApp's own terms — actions Meta takes against your number (blocking, banning) are your responsibility.
4. AI features
You may not abuse the ARC AI Guide — including attempting to make it act outside its designed role (prompt injection, "jailbreaking"), using it to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, attempting to extract other tenants' data through it, or using automated scripts to flood it with requests. AI usage is subject to fair-use limits by plan.
5. Platform integrity
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or copying of the Service or its components, except where the law expressly allows it.
- No scraping of the Service or the website beyond normal use; API access is subject to your plan's documented rate limits.
- No use of the Service to build a competing product.
- Fair use applies to storage and messaging: usage far beyond normal business patterns may be throttled after notice.
6. Enforcement
For most violations we will warn you and ask you to correct the issue. We may suspend immediately, without prior notice, where the violation threatens the security or integrity of the platform, other tenants, or the law. Section 4 of the Terms of Service describes suspension and termination consequences.
7. Reporting abuse
To report abuse of the platform, write to arc7solutions@gmail.com.
