This Refund Policy explains when subscription fees paid to ARC are refundable. It forms part of the Terms of Service. Nothing in it reduces rights you cannot waive under Lebanese law, including the Consumer Protection Law where it applies.
1. Free trials and demos
Where a free trial or guided demo period is offered, no payment is taken during it, so nothing needs refunding — if you do not subscribe, your trial workspace simply expires (data handling per the Data Retention Policy).
2. Monthly subscriptions
- First month, first subscription: if ARC is not right for your business, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
- After that, monthly fees are not refundable for partial months. You can cancel at any time; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid month and simply does not renew.
3. Annual subscriptions
- Cancel within 30 days of an annual payment and we refund the unused full months of the year.
- After 30 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but the subscription remains active until the end of the paid year.
4. Exceptions — where we always make it right
- Billing errors (double charges, wrong amounts) are refunded in full as soon as verified.
- Extended outages: availability failures are compensated with service credits under the SLA; if an outage attributable to us makes the Service substantially unusable for more than 7 consecutive days, you may instead request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
- Termination by us without cause: if we ever discontinue the Service or terminate your account other than for breach, we refund the unused portion of what you prepaid.
No refund is due where a workspace is terminated for a material breach of the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. How refunds are paid
- Request refunds at arc7solutions@gmail.com from your account email, stating the payment concerned.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (card via Stripe, Whish Money, or bank transfer) within 14 business days, in the currency paid (USD). Third-party transfer fees outside our control may be deducted where unavoidable.
6. Bespoke plans
Plans agreed individually in writing (custom onboarding, enterprise terms) follow the refund terms of that written agreement; this policy applies where that agreement is silent.
